Chimay Dorée, also known as the Gold, is a Belgian Blonde trappist brewed by the monks of the Abbey Notre-Dame de Scourmont in Chimay. With an alcohol content of 4.8%, this is the lightest of the Chimay family. The beer has a soft, fruity taste with notes of citrus and slightly spicy yeast.
