Bursting with Citra, Nelson and Riwaka hops, with flavor notes of white grape and pink grapefruit, complemented by an intense dankness. A saturated DIPA that combines the strengths of two talented breweries. Beak, the English brewery from Lewes, is known for its soft, aromatic and hazy IPAs with a characteristic, almost creamy texture. With Polar, the duo once again shows why this collaboration is so successful. This 8% strong beer embodies Beak's distinctive style, where the hop bitterness is perfectly balanced with a refined drink.
