This sour is filled to the brim with thick puree and fresh juice of mango, pineapple and guava, providing a vibrant, sunny tropical intensity. This unique collaboration project between Beak and Uchu Brewing combines the craftsmanship of two breweries with a clear passion for original, textured beers. Beak, known from their Lewes brewery in England, is firmly established in the British craft beer scene thanks to their characteristic creamy beers and soft, aromatic approaches. With this Tau sour they bring that distinctive texture to a fruity format that is truly unique. With 5.0 percent alcohol and 440 milliliters per bottle, this is a perfectly drinkable sour that doesn't feel too heavy despite its full body. The combination of mango, pineapple and guava creates a tropical harmony that lingers nicely on the palate.
