About this release

Brewed in collaboration with Brooklyn-based The Test Brewery, in honor of their first anniversary and the impact they've made on the scene. Founder Ben Clayton brings his fine-dining background and wine expertise to this hoppy brew, with an emphasis on the white wine and grape notes of New Zealand hops. The result is a New Zealand hop-laden juice bomb: hazy, big, and with a soft, pillow-soft mouthfeel. Slightly drier in the finish than usual, but beautifully balanced with very low bitterness. This 10% strong IPA is a perfect showcase of the experimental and boundary-pushing philosophy of Omnipollo, the renowned Swedish gypsy brewery from Sundbyberg. Nuclear Mysticism proves how two creative breweries can strengthen each other, with the wine-like characteristics of New Zealand hops taking center stage. The silky-smooth texture makes this beer particularly enjoyable to sip, while the balanced bitterness ensures the drink doesn't become overwhelming despite the higher alcohol content. This is a beer for lovers of innovative flavor profiles who aren't afraid to try something different.
