Een bier om bij stil te staan – rijk, fluweelzacht en troostend. Deze barrel-aged barleywine, 12 maanden gerijpt op Rhum Clément-vaten, is een meesterlijke blend van traditie, vakmanschap en tijd. Verleidt met een weelderig aroma van rum crème brûlée, bruine suiker, gedroogd fruit en vanille. In de mond ontvouwt zich een gelaagde smaakbeleving waarin karamel, gourmet toffee en geroosterd eikenhout harmonieus samenkomen. De textuur is rond en omhullend, haast zijdeachtig, met een lange, elegante afdronk waar tonen van gesmolten karamel en zachte rum nog lang nazinderen.
