Chimay Dorée, ook wel bekend als de Gold, is een Belgische Blond trappist gebrouwen door de monniken van de Abdij Notre-Dame de Scourmont in Chimay. Met een alcoholpercentage van 4,8% is dit de lichtste van de Chimay-familie. Het bier heeft een zachte, fruitige smaak met tonen van citrus en licht kruidige gist. Fris en toegankelijk, ideaal voor het voorjaar en de zomer. Nu voor het eerst verkrijgbaar in blik voor de Nederlandse markt.
