This New England IPA from Canadian brewery Nano Cinco from Québec is thiølized with the new Super Sauvin, a blend of Nelson Sauvin hop and Phantasm NZ, a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grape powder. Dry-hopped with Manilita, a brand new variety from the Freestyle Hop research program from New Zealand, and the delightful NZ Cascade. The various New Zealand hops in this beer bring notes of tropical lime, citrus and Sauvignon Blanc. Pothos is an experimental brew that pushes the boundary between traditional beer brewing and fruit forward craft beer.
