Raw Chemistry is the fruit of a special collaboration between Browar Stu Mostów from Wrocław, Poland, and WarPigs Brewpub from Copenhagen. The Polish brewery, whose name means "Brewery of a Hundred Bridges," is known for combining modern brewing techniques with a deep respect for beer history and plays a driving role in the Polish craft beer scene. This Double IPA with 7.8% alcohol content showcases exactly that philosophy. A delicate malt base of Heidelberg malt, wheat and oats provides a pale color and a soft, full body. The Citra and New Zealand Peacharine hops bring intense notes of juicy tropical fruit and citrus. Applied on a larger scale for the first time is the innovative NO BOIL method, which means the wort is minimally heated and the natural, raw malt character is preserved. The result is a clear, juicy and aromatic Double IPA with a surprisingly light character.
