The 4th release in the DOT wild series from Irish brewery DOT Brew from Dublin. Aged for 24 months in ex-white wine and ex-Blackpitts peated whiskey barrels, with a double fermentation on blueberries. This is a beautifully delicate wild ale with a soft woody peat aroma, balanced by light fruit and a mild acidity. With an alcohol percentage of 5.09 percent, BA Pink is an accessible yet simultaneously complex wild ale that radiates plenty of character. This 375ml bottle offers a refined and multifaceted taste experience for true lovers of barrel aged wild ales. The long aging in various former barrels has given this beer a unique layering, with the peated whiskey and white wine leaving their subtle marks.
