Evoluwonder from 100 Watt Brewery is a full Tripel Weizen through excessive use of malts. Part of the wheat malt that is characteristic of this beer style has been replaced by spelt, an ancient wheat variety. The Evoluon was "presented" to the municipality of Eindhoven in 1966 on the occasion of Philips' 75th anniversary. It was a sign of technological progress. 100 Watt Brewery, located in an old light bulb factory in Eindhoven, is known for its creative and experimental beers.
