About this release

A robust IPA with a rich, jammy tangerine-marmalade flavor. South of Eleven by Hoof Hearted Brewing combines a sticky, hoppy body with citrus fruit and a subtle cannabis-like aroma. This beer is a British twist on an American classic, served with a touch of eccentricity. With an alcohol content of 10.2 percent, this 473ml bottle offers a complex and full-flavored experience. Hoof Hearted Brewing, based in Marengo, America, has created with South of Eleven a beer that pushes aside the boundaries between traditional American IPA styles and British brewing techniques. The combination of hoppiness and fruity notes makes this beer particularly suitable for fans of hoppy ales who enjoy trying something different. The rich character of this beer pairs well with spicy dishes or strong cheese varieties. The jammy tangerine-marmalade flavor gives the beer an interesting twist that deviates from standard IPAs. This is a beer for those who aren't afraid to push boundaries and are looking for a hoppy adventure with an unexpected twist.
