Houblon is a delicately hopped and well-balanced beer made from pure Barley, sourced from Brouwerij De Poes in the Belgian town of Tielt. This is the first brew in a fascinating journey through aroma hops grown in Belgium. The concept behind Houblon is unique and innovative. The base beer will always remain the same, but different brews are dry hopped with a different variety of aroma hops in each batch. This first batch, Batch 1, is dry hopped with Saaz, which provides subtle and complex aromatic notes. With an alcohol content of 5.5 percent, this is an accessible beer that is perfectly suited for regular consumption. It is best enjoyed at a serving temperature of 7 degrees Celsius, which brings out the fine nuances of the Saaz hop to their full potential.
