About this release

A collaboration brewed between the Alps and the St. Lawrence: inspired by our Swiss friends at Hoppy People, we created this massive Double IPA, generously hopped with a mix of Eggers Special, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Peacharine. Capitaine Over is an ambitious beer project by Le Ketch from Canadian Sainte-Flavie, where two beer traditions meet. With an alcohol content of 8.0 percent and a volume of 473ml, this Double IPA delivers a full, assertive taste experience. The combination of four hop varieties creates a complex and versatile aroma profile that gives the beer its characteristic character.
