An 8% New England Double IPA brewed with Cascade, Centennial CGX and Chinook CGX hops, centered around a full load of new-school American hop. Deep Cut Cascade delivers a mature version of the classic with mandarin, peach and grapefruit with soft pine and resin. Vera stacks tropical fruit, stone fruit and candy-sweet pineapple on top, while Centennial CGX sharpens everything with lemon candy and lime zest and Chinook CGX drenches it all in pineapple juice. Big, bright and sticky. This imposing beer comes from Moersleutel Craft Brewery from Alkmaar, a Dutch brewery that has established itself as a specialist in bold and flavorful beers. Although Moersleutel is especially known for their complex Imperial Stouts full of chocolate, coffee and caramel, they show with Radar Screen that they are also a master at brewing intense hoppy beers.
