About this release

This Imperial Coffee Stout is brewed in collaboration with Prison City Pub and Brewery. Our base 'As Above' recipe is blended with Prison City's Wham Whams recipe and conditioned on coffee, roasted coconut and Tahitian vanilla. A soft body with an avalanche of coffee, coconut, rum, pecans, creamy vanilla and pure chocolate. With an alcohol percentage of 10.0 percent, this collaboration between Mortalis Brewing Company from Avon and Prison City creates an impressive fusion. The combination of both recipes creates a complex and richly layered stout that is interesting not only for coffee lovers. The addition of roasted coconut and Tahitian vanilla adds a subtle exotic dimension to this dark beer, while the base remains soothing and pleasantly rounded.
