Hopped with Citra, Peacharine and Wakatu, complemented with Nelson Sauvin Amplifire and Nelson Sauvin Bliss Process SubZero Hop Kief, sourced from early and late harvests from two plots at Freestyle Hops in Nelson Lakes. This robust IPA bursts with mango, guava and passion fruit, with subtle citrus notes in the background. Sillage is a collaboration between Canadian brewery Nano Cinco from Québec and Le Ketch. With an alcohol content of 11 percent, this is a hefty IPA that's not for the faint of heart. The 473ml bottle offers more than enough opportunity to let the complex hop profiles fully shine. The combination of tropical fruits and subtle citrus creates an impressive drink that appeals to both beginning and experienced beer lovers.
