DDH India Pale Ale brewed in collaboration with Wylam Brewery from Newcastle. This powerful IPA is brewed with Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka and Strata hop varieties, which create intense tropical aromas and a complex flavour experience with notes of passionfruit, citrus and spicy hop characteristics. Northern Monk, based in a monumental mill in Leeds, is known for progressive and high-quality beers. This Patrons Project beer is a fine example of their ambition to create the best beer experiences in the world by collaborating with like-minded breweries. With an alcohol content of 7.5 percent, this IPA has a full body that supports the hop characteristics well. The combination of three carefully selected hop varieties creates a multi-layered flavour profile in which the spicy notes of the hop blend beautifully with fresh citrus and passionfruit.
