This beer is a blend of two barrels brewed from wort in spring and autumn of 2024, made from well-roasted Munich malts and bitter high-alpha bittering hops. The blend was dry-hopped with whole hop cones from the Hallertau region in Bavaria, resulting in a refined and aromatic beer with a spicy and floral hop character. Mills Brewing, based in Berkeley, England, has brought an interesting seasonal creation to market with this Saison Hallertau.
