Volmondig, met een zoet-zurige toets en overwegend (hop)bittere afdronk en nasmaak. Bij de afdronk treffen we een likeurachtig en evenwichtig brouwsel aan met smaken van gedroogd fruit, bosvruchten en zelfs cognac.
