About this release

Teeth is an 8% Hazy Double IPA, brewed in collaboration between Third Moon Brewing Company from Milton, Canada and Microbrasserie Le Ketch. This ambitious brew resulted from an interesting combination of ingredients, including oats and local honey that add subtle sweetness and body to the beer. The hop composition is particularly thoughtfully crafted with Nelson Sauvin, Peacharine and fresh Nelson Cold Pressed Hop Juice, resulting in a deep Nelson base with notes of funky tropical fruit, juicy peaches, white wine skin and a hint of honey sweetness. The beer demonstrates its complexity with a long finish that becomes increasingly intricate as it warms up. At 8% alcohol and a volume of 473ml, this is a beer that lends itself excellently to slow enjoyment and discovery of the various flavors.
