Double IPA in collaboration with Verdant Brewing, where New England IPA techniques meet West Coast influences. Brewed with El Dorado T-90, Eldorado cryo, Kush cryo and Idaho 7 Hyperboost hop varieties. The result is a bright, tropical-fruity DIPA with layers of tropical aromas and a refined bitterness, a unique fusion of styles. This ambitious beer comes from the kettle of To Øl, the Danish gypsy brewery from Svinninge known for their adventurous and boundary-pushing creations. To Øl, which means 'Two Beers', was founded by students of Mikkeller and has evolved into a brewery with an enormous portfolio of experimental and flavorful beers. With an alcohol content of 8.0 percent and a volume of 440 milliliters, New School Nostalgia is a full-fledged Double IPA that takes you to the tropics. The combination of New England softness and West Coast boldness makes this beer particularly suitable for hop enthusiasts looking for something different. The refined bitterness provides a good balance, making the beer more approachable than you might expect from such an ambitious blend.
