West Coast IPA brewed in collaboration with Bale Breaker Brewery from Yakima, Washington, a brewery located in the heart of the Loftus Ranches hop farm. This modern West Coast IPA is lighter in color and dry in character, brewed with Mosaic hops from their own farm and Krush hops. As an extra dimension, Krush Hyperboost is used, a new hop additive from Yakima Chief. The result is a fresh, hop-driven IPA at 7% ABV with a refined and pronounced hop character. To Øl, which literally means "Two Beers," is a dynamic gypsy brewery from Svinninge, Denmark. The collective, founded by students of Mikkel Borg Bjergsø (Mikkeller), is known for their adventurous and boundary-pushing approach to brewing. With their enormous portfolio of experimental and flavorful creations, they continue to push the boundaries of beer craftsmanship.
