Grand Caravan is the first release in Trillium's brand new Dashboard Series and builds on the techniques from their celebrated Coexisting Creatures Series. The result is a modern interpretation of a West Coast IPA that shines in a clear light orange color. The aroma invites you in with alluring notes of tropical fruit and stone fruit, while the taste is dominated by an assertive yet balanced bitterness. This 7.0% IPA comes from Trillium Brewing Company, the Massachusetts-based brewery that, together with Tree House, is one of the founders of the New England IPA style.
