About this release
New England IPA gebrouwen met Galaxy en Simcoe hop. Deze IPA is 100% whirlpool gehopped en vergist op London Ale III gist, waarna het dry gehopped werd met maar liefst 18g/L Galaxy en Simcoe. Het resultaat is een explosie van ananas, passievrucht, abrikoos en meloen. Een olieachtige ruggengraat zorgt voor balans en volheid in deze prachtige 7.1% IPA.
