Inspiration for Resurrection comes from Tokaji Aszu, with grapes that are naturally dried for 4 months after the wine harvest. This spontaneously fermented beer matures for 3 years in oak barrels and has robust, brandy-like flavors with beautiful oxidative notes. A rich experience with very low carbonation. Wild Creatures from Mikulov na Moravě in Czech Republic has created a special beer with Resurrection that embraces the Belgian lambic tradition and takes it to new heights. The brewery is known for its skilled blending and fermentation of wild beers in wooden barrels with local fruit.
