About this release

DDH Black IPA hopped with Strata, Simcoe, Columbus Cryo and Sabro from Fauve Craft Bière brewery. A fascinating combination of dark malt character with roasted notes and an exuberant hop explosion of tropical fruit, pine needle and subtle coconut. The double dry-hopping creates an intense and complex aroma profile that pushes the boundaries of the style. Dark in colour, but surprisingly fresh and lively. This 6.0% ABV Black IPA proves that dark beers don't have to be heavy or oppressive. Fauve Craft Bière has created a brew full of tension here. The hop combination brings forward exotic fruity notes that play against the burnt, smoky background of the malt base. The result is a beer that feels contradictory but tastes completely logical, dark and intriguing yet at the same time fresh and appealing. With a content of 440ml, this is a perfect introduction to this ambitious Black IPA style. Nous Venons en Paix stands as a symbol of a brewery that dares to push boundaries and defy conventions. Ideal for those who enjoy adventurous, boundary-pushing craft beers and aren't afraid of unconventional combinations. A beer that will completely rewrite your expectations of what a Dark IPA can be. Perfect for home or with friends, this 440ml bottle offers a full-fledged hop adventure you won't soon forget.
