Imperial Stout brewed in collaboration with Amundsen Brewery from Oslo. This complex stout has been aged for 18 months in ex-bourbon barrels and finished with tonka, coconut and cacao nibs. The result is a deep, characterful stout with rich flavours of vanilla, oak and chocolate, complemented by the soft notes of coconut and the aromatic complexity of tonka bean. Eagle Wings is the result of a special collaboration between two Scandinavian breweries, both known for their craftsmanship and innovative approach. Salikatt from Stavanger, a Norwegian brewery with an excellent reputation for high-quality and modern beers, has created a masterpiece here with a carefully considered composition and artisanal quality.
