Imperial Stout brewed in collaboration with Amundsen Brewery from Oslo. This complex stout has been aged for 18 months in ex-bourbon barrels and finished with tonka, coconut and cacao nibs. The result is a deep, characterful stout with rich flavors of vanilla, oak and chocolate, complemented by the soft notes of coconut and the aromatic complexity of tonka bean. Eagle Wings is the result of a collaboration between two Scandinavian breweries that are both known for their craftsmanship and innovative approach. Salikatt from Stavanger has created a masterpiece here that stands out for its well-considered composition. With an alcohol content of 15.5 percent, this stout offers a full, warm sensation that perfectly matches the complex flavor profile.
