About this release

A blend of gently smoked light beers, fermented in old Islay whisky casks. Brewed in spring 2023 with smoked wheat and corn, followed by spontaneous fermentation in small oak barrels. After blending, the beer received a generous dose of priming sugar for a champagne-like carbonation. Mills Brewing from Berkeley, England, has brought a special creation to the market with Tiny Islay. This 5.0% alcohol 750ml beer combines craft brewing traditions with the characteristic smoke and whisky profiles typical of Islay-inspired beers. The spontaneous fermentation in small barrels adds extra complexity to the final product, while the champagne-like carbonation makes drinking it an elegant experience.
