Met een alcoholpercentage van 10% verbergt deze elegante bier zijn kracht achter een fluweelzachte body en een rijke, romige schuimkraag. Het aroma is feestelijk en uitnodigend, met tonen van rijp fruit, kruiden en een subtiele zoetheid. De smaak is complex en uitgebalanceerd, met een lange, warme afdronk die kenmerkend is voor de beste Belgische abdijbieren. Een bier voor de ware kenner, dat op bijzondere gelegenheden in de abdij zelf wordt geserveerd.
