About this release

New England IPA of 5.8% brewed in collaboration with Sibeeria Brewery. Dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Enigma and Wai-Iti hop varieties. This NEIPA has a slightly more 'dank' character than usual, but remains soft and juicy with tropical fruit flavors, bright citrus and resinous hop character in a velvety smooth body. Tycho is a creation of Alefarm Brewing, the Danish brewery from Greve known for their fresh, hoppy and elegant beers. This beer perfectly reflects their philosophy: a NEIPA that is balanced and full of character. The collaboration project with Sibeeria Brewery results in an interesting twist on the classic New England style. The combination of three special hop varieties provides a complex flavor mix where tropical fruits and citrus notes are dominant, while the resinous hop character comes through subtly in the background.
