Doom Circuit IPA by Apex Brewing Company is a hazy IPA that is completely saturated with aroma and flavor. The beer builds on a soft, saturated malt base consisting of pilsner malt, oat malt, torrefied oats and chit malt. The Mosaic DynaBoost and Mosaic T90 provide a dense tropical base in the whirlpool, after which Necatron, Citra, Strata and Citra HyperBoost in the dry hop create waves of passion fruit, citrus and ripe tropical fruit. Completed with tanky, resinous edges that round out the whole. This is a juicy, saturated beer that is just a bit over the top, exactly what you can expect from Apex.
