The dominant sourness is achieved naturally by allowing the uncooked wort to sour for several days, supplemented with a hefty dose of fresh fruit during fermentation. The result is an extremely refreshing beer in which sourness and tropical fruit steal the show. With an alcohol content of 5.9 percent, this 473ml bottle offers a perfect balance between the lively acidity and the full, fruity characteristics of mango. The Canadian brewery is known for their experimental approach to beer brewing, and this sour ale is an excellent example of that.
