About this release

Powerful Imperial IPA brewed with Belgian Hallertauer Mittelfrüh hop and fermented with a special IPA yeast in combination with Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand. Subsequently dry-hopped with Amarillo for pronounced citrus notes, gooseberries, floral tones and a sturdy, bitter finish. Intense hop aromas, high drinkability and a typically Belgian twist. This Double IPA comes from the cellar of Brasserie du Bocq, a renowned family brewery from the Belgian Yvoir with a rich history since 1858. The brewery is known for classics such as La Gauloise and Blanche de Namur and consistently delivers high-quality beers. With an alcohol content of 8.1 percent, Tête De Mort offers a full, pleasant drinking experience without being unnecessarily heavy. The beer presents itself as a brilliant example of modern hoppy brewing with Belgian roots. The combination of different hop varieties creates a complex aroma profile that will certainly appeal to lovers of hoppy beers. Enjoy this Double IPA preferably chilled to approximately 8 degrees Celsius, so that all nuances come fully into their own. BBD 28-11-2025
