Not every year does Sir John strike gold, but this year we've hit the jackpot! Deep in the American Midwest, we fell for our friends at Lumen Beer Co., a microbrewery in Omaha, Nebraska. After a fantastic collaboration last winter, we decided to join forces once again for our anniversary. The result: this tomato-free IPA. No worries, no fruit was harmed during the brewing process. This 6.8% IPA from Brasserie Sir John Brewing Co. from Canadian Quebec is a testament to the brewery's passion for craft brewing and quality collaboration. Hopped with Citra, Citra Cryo, Citra Hyperboost, Tropical Fusion, Nectaron and Maui Nelson Hop Kief, this results in a beer that is 100% Sir John: fruity, with stone fruit notes and complex citrus and tropical aromas, finishing with light resinous notes that evoke the forests of Nebraska! This 473ml bottle showcases what's possible when two passionate breweries join forces.
