They start with brew number one and slowly remove, refine and eliminate the pieces they no longer want in their beer. This is one of their most refined beers. Dry hopped with Citra and Nelson Sauvin from Freestyle hops, resulting in flavors of ripe papaya and grateful gooseberry.
