Een uitzonderlijke 'Cha-Cha-Cha'-gueuze uit de Cask Series van 3 Fonteinen. Voor deze blend werden drie 'sous voile'-vaten Savagnin uit de Jura — afkomstig van LuLu Vigneron, met vier jaar rijping — gecombineerd met één Vin Jaune-vat van Philippe Chatillon. Op de Savagnin-vaten rijpte 18 maanden oude lambik nog een extra jaar; op het Vin Jaune-vat rijpte drie jaar oude lambik nog een jaar verder. De gewogen gemiddelde leeftijd van deze bijzondere blend bedraagt meer dan 35 maanden. Een zeldzame ontmoeting van Jurabioterroirvaten en authentieke Pajottenlandse lambiek. 100% 3 Fonteinen.
