Een uitzonderlijke Druif-lambiek van 3 Fonteinen, gebrouwen in samenwerking met Harth+Harth. Biologische Riesling-druiven werden meer dan vijf maanden gemacereerd op oude lambik, waarna de druivenlambiek nog een volledig jaar rijpte in een eikenhouten vat. De gewogen gemiddelde leeftijd bedraagt meer dan 34 maanden op het moment van bottelen, met een fruitintensiteit van meer dan 541 gram biologische Riesling-druiven per liter. Alle ingrediënten zijn biologisch geteeld en de granen zijn afkomstig uit het Pajottenland. 100% 3 Fonteinen.
