The name is derived from the Greek 'symposion' – literally 'drinking together' – and that is precisely the spirit in which this beer was created. This blonde beer of 8.1% ABV undergoes double fermentation with the house yeasts of both Gouden Carolus and Delirium Tremens, resulting in a complex and unique taste experience.
