Local Bond is a hybrid IPA and fruity sour ale, brewed in collaboration between two top names from the Polish craft beer scene, Browar Stu Mostów and Browar Trzech Kumpli. This beer inventively combines the worlds of IPA and fruity sour beers, without lactose or maltodextrin, so the body comes entirely from the malts and the fruit. Browar Stu Mostów, also known as the Brewery of a Hundred Bridges, is located in the historic city of Wrocław and is known for combining modern brewing techniques with a deep passion for beer history. With a wide range of high-quality beers, they are a driving force behind the Polish craft beer scene. The foundation of Local Bond is formed by Mosaic hop in the whirlpool and Mosaic Prysma extract added cold, which provides an intense hop aroma. Mandarin and banana give the beer a juicy and pleasant character, while the low bitterness puts the fruit front and centre. The whole is soured with the brewery's own house yeast, giving this beer a unique, characterful taste. With an alcohol content of 6.2 percent, this is a refreshing beer that is perfect for warm days or as an aperitif. This 440ml bottle offers a fascinating collaboration of two Polish breweries in one glass.
