About this release

New England IPA brewed with hand-picked Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops, grown on the legendary Coleman Homeplace Farm in the Willamette Valley, Oregon. This special brewery from Cheltenham brings with Field Recordings a series that celebrates farm-specific terroir. Part of this innovative series, in which DEYA Brewing Company maps the character of individual hop gardens. Field Recordings – Coleman Home Place Farm is juicy, aromatic and quintessentially DEYA through and through. With an alcohol content of 7.0 percent, this 500ml bottle offers a perfect balance between drinkability and character. The combination of these three hop varieties, each hand-picked from the same location, creates a unique and distinctive flavor profile that directly reflects the terroir of the Willamette Valley. The philosophy behind Field Recordings is fascinating. Rather than blending hop varieties from different growers and locations, DEYA Brewing Company chooses to focus full attention on one specific farm. This allows them to fully amplify the unique character of that place. A New England IPA that honors hop cultivation and gives beer lovers a glimpse of what meaningful terroir can mean in a glass. This innovative approach makes every sip a journey to the American hop gardens.
