About this release
An exuberant fruited Berliner Weisse from Energy City, brimming with raspberries, finished with a touch of chocolate after fermentation. This sour combines a fresh, tart base with creamy, fruity sweetness for a true dessert-like experience. With an alcohol content of 6.5%, this 473ml bottle offers a perfect balance between the characteristic sourness and absolute sweetness – not overwhelming. The Bistro Raspberry Velvet is an excellent choice for those looking for something special, in which the natural raspberry sweetness works pleasantly together with those subtle chocolate notes. This beer gives you the feeling of a refined fruity dessert in a glass, with a refreshing twist thanks to the typical Berliner Weisse style.
