A special collaboration between Equilibrium and The Answer Brewpub. Brandon from The Answer headed to the brewery to create a DIPA together, bringing two unique brewing philosophies together. Equilibrium Brewery, founded by MIT scientists from New York State, is known worldwide for their innovative approach to brewing and their legendary hazy IPAs with enormous hop aromas and soft mouthfeel. Brewed with Galaxy and Mosaic hops, this beer displays a hazy tangerine-orange colour that invites you to take the first sip. The aromas are bright and refreshing: pineapple and blueberry, which come through perfectly in the taste. What makes this double IPA special is the balance between intensity and drinkability. With an alcohol content of 8.2 percent, this beer feels surprisingly smooth and approachable, without the heavy character that many DIPAs have.
