Black IPA brewed in collaboration with Pangolin Craft Beer to celebrate their 5th anniversary. This dark beer is built with crystal and roasted malts, which provide rich notes of caramel and roasted coffee. Hopped with Centennial, Chinook and Citra for a subtle resinous bitterness with a pronounced citrus finish. A perfect balance between dark malt character and fresh hoppiness. Pangoltergeist comes from Tartarus Beers, an English brewery from Leeds that specialises in strong and dark beers. Inspired by mythology and folklore, they create adventurous brews with complex flavour profiles. With an alcohol content of 6.2%, this Black IPA offers a full body and complete flavour experience from a 440ml bottle. The combination of roasted and crystal malts forms the dark foundation, while the three hop varieties provide an interesting contrast.
