About this release

The Captain, a seasoned traveler, moored long enough in Sainte-Flavie for a small brew and a couple of beers. Together we selected Southern Cross, Riwaka and Motueka hops for this Double IPA, brewed with local honey. Capitaine Cordeiro Lima is the result of this collaboration with brewery Le Ketch from the Canadian Sainte-Flavie. This Double IPA offers a robust experience with an alcohol percentage of 8.0%, which provides full body and character. The combination of three hop varieties Southern Cross, Riwaka and Motueka creates an interesting hop character, while the local honey adds a unique dimension to the brew. The addition of honey gives this Double IPA a subtle sweet undertone that softens and balances the hop bitterness. This is a beer for those who love full, complex flavors and aren't afraid of some hop bitterness. The 473ml bottle provides plenty of this special creation. Capitaine Cordeiro Lima reflects the adventurous spirit of both brewers and brings a piece of Canada to your glass.
