About this release
New England Double IPA van Beak Brewery, gebrouwen met Citra, Nelson en Strata. Wat deze DIPA extra bijzonder maakt: de hops worden tweemaal benut. Na een primaire dry hop worden de resterende hops van twee andere IPA's opnieuw ingezet, waardoor elk laatste druppeltje hopkarakter wordt onttrokken. Het resultaat is een sappige, intensief fruitige DIPA die ook nog eens duurzamer gebrouwen is. Verwacht explosieve aroma's van citrus, tropisch fruit en een subtiele dankheid.
