Triple IPA with freestyle hop usage featuring Nectaron, Motueka, Rakau and various Citra varieties (Hyperboost and Dynaboost). An explosion of tropical fruit and juicy bitterness, typical of Messorem's experimental hop treatments. This is a collaboration between Canadian brewery Messorem from Montreal and their partners A7Y7 and Track x Beak. With an alcohol content of 10.0%, this Triple IPA delivers a fairly robust drink that's not for the faint of heart. With no fewer than four different hop varieties, Messorem creates a complex and daring bitterness that is characteristic of their freestyle approach to hop usage. The combination of Nectaron, Motueka and Rakau together with the various Citra varieties results in a beer that is excellent for hop lovers who want to discover what's possible with experimental brewing techniques.
