Commutatio is a collaboration between Canadian brewery Messorem from Montreal and Fauve, resulting in a refined New England IPA with an alcohol content of 6.5%. This fruity ale combines three interesting hop varieties: Nelson Sauvin brings characteristic white wine notes, Citra adds citrusy accents, and Sabro provides subtle coconut aspects. The result is a juicy, tropical experience with pronounced coconut and fruit notes that blend together perfectly. With a volume of 473ml, this beer is an excellent choice for lovers of modern hop usage and refined brewing techniques.
