About this release

For the September edition of Fresh From, Northern Monk collaborated once again with Dani, formerly a brewer at Monk and now active at Brew Moon in Amberley, New Zealand. Dani brought locally grown Riwaka, Nelson and Motueka hops from Bold River Hops. With three of the finest New Zealand hop varieties, it was almost impossible to go wrong: the result is a Pale Ale with an exuberant lemon-lime aroma, undertones of passion fruit, a soft mouthfeel and a bright yellow haze. Northern Monk, housed in a listed mill in Leeds, England, is a progressive brewery known for its high-quality beers and inspiring collaborations. This Fresh From series is the perfect example of their pursuit of innovation and taste experience. At 5.6% alcohol and 440 millilitres per package, this is a refined IPA that doesn't feel too heavy.
