About this release

The Bianca series began with a simple mango lassi-inspired Gose, in which the yoghurt, vanilla and fruit of the Indian drink were combined with a classic German salted sour beer. Since then, the series has taken a delightful turn towards patisserie. This version, brewed in our church brewery, captures the nostalgic essence of a peanut butter and jam sandwich. Enriched with raspberry and real peanuts, it offers a delightful dessert-like sour beer that is both particularly interesting and comforting. This masterpiece comes from Omnipollo, the Swedish gypsy brewery from Sundbyberg known for its boundary-pushing and experimental beers. With this Bianca PB&J they once again demonstrate their talent for blurring the lines between beer and desserts, a specialty they have made their name with. The beer combines innovation with nostalgia, resulting in a unique taste experience with an alcohol content of 6.0 percent. With the character of a pastry sour and the refined fruity sourness of raspberries, this 440 ml package offers a delightful introduction to the creative world of Omnipollo.
