A luxurious gose brewed with an abundance of Mirabelle plums. The foundation is formed by Himalayan pink salt and lightly roasted coriander seeds for subtle, muted citrus notes, characteristic of the style. The golden yellow plum is added only at the end of fermentation, so that the delicate aroma and juicy flavor are maximally preserved. The result is an elegant convergence of spices, stone fruit and minerality. This 330ml bottle of 5.6% ABV comes from the kitchens of Põhjala, the leading craft brewery from Tallinn in Estonia. Põhjala is internationally known for their rich and complex dark beers such as Imperial Stouts and Porters, often brewed with local ingredients and inspired by Estonian nature.
